Processing Time
Please allow 24-48 business hours for your order to be processed before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number for easy tracking of your delivery.
Delivery Times
- Major Areas: Deliveries to major areas typically take between 2-3 business days after dispatch.
- Outlying Areas: Deliveries to outlying areas may take an additional 3-4 business days.
Delivery Fees
- FREE Delivery: We offer free delivery on orders above R 1 500 across South Africa.
- Flat Rate: For orders below R 1 500, a flat delivery rate of R 100 applies across South Africa.
International Delivery
For international deliveries, kindly contact us via email at info@alarasi.co.za, and we will assist you with the necessary arrangements.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Door-to-Door Courier: All orders are delivered via door-to-door courier. Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or post offices.
- Seasonal Delays: During the festive season or around public holidays, there may be delays in deliveries. We appreciate your understanding.
- Accurate Delivery Information: It is your responsibility to provide the correct name, delivery address, and contact number when placing your order. Once dispatched, we are unable to amend the delivery address. If an incorrect address is provided, you will be responsible for any charges incurred to return and resend the parcel.
