Items Correctly Shipped

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been correctly supplied according to your order.

Incorrect Items Shipped

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at info@alarasi.co.za within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for an exchange, provided the item is:

  • Unused, unopened, and undamaged
  • In the original packaging and in the same condition as received

We will handle the exchange promptly at no extra cost to you.

Damaged Items

In the event that an item arrives damaged, please notify us at info@alarasi.co.za within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for collection of the item, after which a refund will be processed. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for damaged items if we are not notified within this timeframe.
