Returns & Exchanges

Items Correctly Shipped 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been correctly supplied as per order.

Incorrect Items Shipped 

In event of an incorrect product being shipped, kindly inform us via email at info@alarasi.co.za within 24 hours of receipt of the package. We will promptly arrange to have the item exchanged. The item must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, undamaged.

Damaged Items

Kindly inform us via email at info@alarasi.co.za within 24 hours of receipt of the package. We will arrange for the item to be collected and thereafter a refund will be processed. Kindly ensure that the item is in the original packaging. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any damaged items if we are not notified timeously.
